Hi all,

I'm starting right now my 30 days... I still have no clue about what or how I'm gonna cook myself so much, but I have faith.

I'm not overweight, I have few kilos I'd like to take off, but I'm mainly here because I'm sick and tired of going to sleep really thirsty, or getting up in the morning feeling no energy etc. I hope the following 30 days will make a change for me...
