mizlo0424 Posted April 28, 2016 Share Posted April 28, 2016 just a lot of commitment! lol I'm starting my second round may 2nd first one I did back in December. first couple weeks feel hard but if u can commit to 100% its so worth it! I have fallen off track in between and picked back up some bad habits so I need get 100% serious again and do this right!! the only other tip I have is to do all the silly stuff that seems silly! like writing down what u will do in certain situations that may trigger you to fall off track.
