emilyp6 Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Cant believe I made it! I am half way through the "fast track" introduction as laid out in the book. Did legumes Sunday, just did beans, no soy bc that's not a huge part of our diet any way and beans were. I did feel very bloated for like 2 days after, but isn't that sort of normal if you're not used to eating beans and then eat them 3x in one day? Oats and brown rice/quinoa went pretty well yesterday. I do think I have a slight sensitivity to corn and definitely lack a stop button for corn chips, so I don't plan on eating those often after. My question is: I am traveling this weekend and will be eating out, probably twice, so I'm wondering if I need to be just as strict with things like salad dressings and stuff like that while eating out (while on the whole30 days in between and during dairy day on Saturday?
