ruigteach Posted May 15, 2016 Share Posted May 15, 2016 I've done one complete Whole30 and reintroduction. I'm continuing generally with the same meal plan. Recently I was cleaning out and came across my pile of food paperwork.... plans I'm going to try some day, notes about counting calories, and so forth. I happily threw it all out. From here out - it's only Whole30 eating for me. It is so easy and I feel so good, that I don't need anything else. I will not be fooled by any other program ever again.
