But I've been having about 1/4 cup of oj in the morning (I just measured---it was a small amount, always over ice)---when I saw cooking with fruit juice was okay I thought drinking a small amount would be, too. Now I see I was wrong. And yet, it's okay to add some juice to seltzer water, and I only had it with my big, beautiful, Whole 30 breakfast.
