I've never done an official diet before, but since this program is not a diet, maybe that is a good thing. I've decided it finally time, at age 32, to change my college-style eating habits. I'm hoping to implement healthier eating choices in my life from this point forward, and I'm also looking to began enjoying cooking. I'm excited to start this new adventure in my life. I always feel so much better about myself when I'm doing one, but once I get off the track, I find it hard to get back on. I'm starting another one tomorrow! My biggest piece of advice is be prepared for when you are away from home. This is always the hardest part for me. I have to be sure to plan ahead!
