Hummus

Since completing my first Whole30 I've had legumes a couple of times - in the form of peanuts, which are my nemesis and I should avoid them!! I didn't have any digestion issues, or feel bad - but I simply cannot stop eating them once I start. I can easily get addicted to peanut butter too - and so far I've been good about keeping it out of the house.

 

Today I tried hummus with my pepper strips. I'd been using guacamole as a veggie dip, but I find that hummus is more convenient to keep in the office fridge. We'll see how it works with my tummy -

Well I'm curious how this went. I'm on Day 36, and tried hummus last night with veggies. Felt pretty gassy afterward, and it really can only be attributed to the hummus. I'm disappointed, b/c I really love hummus. Used to eat it all the time. 

 

Anyone else experience this reaction with hummus?
