AG's Whole30

Today is day 0 of my first whole30.

My goals:

1) get out of the rut of unhealthy (lazy) eating and cook fresh food instead of living off of ready meals and takeaways

2) kick the daily glass of wine / beer habit which I'm sure is just to feed my sugar dragon

3) see if my IBS / back pain / psoriasis / anxiety is linked to my diet (I hope so!)

4) regain motivation to work hard / exercise which has become severely lacking over the last year
