MessyJess Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 Started Whole30 today! I have always been healthy, active and a clean eater but this last 1.5 years I have seriously slipped. After a bad accident, moving to a foreign country and being alone for a year then coming back to work in the Middle East recently I have not made my health my top priority. I'm fed up, it's game on. Day 1: (Breakfast) Hardboiled eggs, smoked salmon, black coffee with ghee and coconut oil. (Lunch) Tuna salad with chopped apples, pickles, apple cider vinegar, peppers, cucumbers. Green tea. (Snack) Pumpkin seeds, walnuts and 1/2 apple. (Dinner) Chicken with steamed carrots, tomatoes, peppers, garlic. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
