Tess21 Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 I completed Whole30 a week ago. I'm still maintaining the food template and have not reintroduced. In fact, I've eliminated more foods by adding AIP. Weird thing is I now have a relentless sore throat and a bit of a dry cough. It started on day 31 and hasn't improved or gotten worse. I've researched seasonal pollen levels in our area but nothing is particularly blooming that would cause this reaction. The throat irritation is localized too - around the pharynx/larynx area and my voice sounds like early laryngitis. Frustrating! Could this be a new reaction to something?
