I really like how you finished by saying it's an intense exercise in presence. That is so beyond true and it is the best feeling in the world. We can fret about the past and stress about the future, but in the present we have the opportunity to be our very best. i.e. meal prep for a week's worth of food to avoid ordering a pizza when you get home from a stressful day at work.
