WholeFitMom Posted August 16, 2016 Share Posted August 16, 2016 Day 1 - B: Egg Frittata with Avocado and Melon L: Tuna Salad with Spinach, Ranch Dressing, Watermelon & Bone Broth D: Salmon with Veggies and Red Pepper Sauce Worked out at 3pm had a Hard Boiled Egg Had breakfast way too late because my daughter had a fever and was super clingy. Had a weird headache all day, could be because I didn't drink my coffee, but because we were out. Still like to drink it black. Have a bunch of food prepped so I should be good for tomorrow!
