Day 1 - 

B: Egg Frittata with Avocado and Melon

L: Tuna Salad with Spinach, Ranch Dressing, Watermelon & Bone Broth

D: Salmon with Veggies and Red Pepper Sauce

Worked out at 3pm had a Hard Boiled Egg 

Had breakfast way too late because my daughter had a fever and was super clingy. 

Had a weird headache all day, could be because I didn't drink my coffee, but because we were out.

Still like to drink it black. 

Have a bunch of food prepped so I should be good for tomorrow!

Day 2 -

B: black coffee. Egg frittata, veggies, ketchup tessemaes. Melon

workout - run/walk 

L: Salmon, spinach, hb egg, veggies, ranch dressing, mayo

4pm cold brew 

D: Carnitas with cauliflower rice, avocado, green onion, tapatio

made carnitas with my new instan pot! Was amazing!

Day 3 - Feeling good! I forgot to write my stats for Day 1 

I'm 5'7 - 185.2 lbs. 

B: Leftover Carnitas with 2 Fried Eggs in Avocado oil, Tapatio

Spin class.. 

then had a HB egg

L: Tuna Salad with Carrots & Celery, apple with Almond Butter

D: Seared Chicken Breast with Roasted Potatoes and Coleslaw topped with Red Pepper Sauce Mayo (OMG this is so good) Great dish WHOLE30!  

tried to eat dinner sitting down drinking my La Croix Lemon Soda, but with a 4 year old and a 21 month old it's pretty hard!

Day 4 & Half Day 5 - 

My daughter had a rough night and I laid down with her and didn't get back up to write my LOG last night.

Was so super hungry Day 4, have no idea why!

B: Eggs with Potato mix Black Coffee

S: HB egg - 4 Black Olives

L: Chicken Potato mix and Coleslaw with red pepper mayo sauce

Strength Trained

S: Prosciutto, Hot Dog with Tessemae Ketchup

D: Zucchini Spiralized with Ground Beef and tomato sauce.

 

DAY 5:

Pre workout : 1/2 HB Egg - Black Coffee

Spin Class

B: Egg Fritata - with Ground beef - Black Coffee with Coconut milk

L: Chicken, ground Beef, Potatoes, Coleslaw, Watermelon

Day 5 ended with Sweet Potato & BBQ Chicken with RP Mayo.

Had a RX Bar at night. I know this is not good. I also did at the end of Day 6. :( 

 

Day 6 - 

B: Egg scrambled with spinach, Chicken sausage and Red peeper mayo sauce

L: Butternut squash - Chicken with mayo

D: Kitchen Sink - Leftovers.. Potatoes, veggies, Egg Frittata, Ground Beef RP mayo sauce.

Worked out - Ran in the morning.. lifted some weights. 

Day 7 - Husband drank last night.. woke up feeling like shit, and I was bragging that I felt so good! HA HA!
I love this WHOLE30! 

Had Eggs and Pedersons Bacon - Whole30 approved! It was the best meal!

Day 7:

 

B: Eggs, Pedersons Bacon, Black Coffee

L: Salad with tuna, eggs, avo, tom, carrots, Tessemae's ranch dressing.

Had Cold Brew didn't realize it was concetrate and drank it anyway.. with Cococnut milk. MAN that was a bad idea! LOL

D: Skirt Steak with Salad, Grilled Eggplant.  LA Croix

Apple with Almond butter

 

Stayed the course over the weekend. Worked out both days.. ran. Feel great! A few cravings here and there, but overall not bad.

Day 8 & Day 9: 

B: Eggs with Skirt steak and spinach - Tessemae's ketchup 

L: Skirt Steak Salad - RP Mayo Sauce 

D: Chicken Stew with Potatoes and Roasted Brussel Sprouts & Cauliflower

Day 9

B: Eggs with Potatoes, B Sprouts and Cauliflower 

L: Chicken Stew with B Sprouts & Cauliflower

snack Carrots and walnuts

D: Brisket and Green BEans

Day 10:

B: Brisket and Eggs

Went to the Aquarium didn't feel like eating my lunch I brought.

Had Carrots and Grapes, some nuts

then bought a black coffee and had that with an RX bar on the car ride home.

Not really the best choices but felt ok with them.

D: Eggplant Bun Burger with Mayo and Ketchup 

D2: I was still really hungry I think because I skipped lunch so I had another burger patty and red peppers with a HB Egg.

Mayo and Ketchup mix & Grapes.

Day 11 - 

B: Chicken Stew with Fried Eggs - Rasberries

L: Brisket with Grilled Red Peppers and Grilled Eggplant

D: Chicken Satay with Sunshine Sauce  - Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower. 

Apple with Almond Butter

Hard workout today.

Day 12: 

Spin Class

B: Brisket, Eggs, Red Peppers, Spinach, Tapatio and Ketchup (Tessemaes) W/ Side of Berries

L: Tuna Salad with Apple and Almond Butter

D: Chicken, Potatoes, and Green beans with Salsa Verde in the Pressure Cooker

 

Day 13: 

B: 2 Eggs with Bacon, and Avocado

L: Hamburger with Grilled onions and Mixed Greens

RX bar & Coffee

D: Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans

After dinner walk with the kids,

Day 14: 

B: Egg Frittata with leftover Brisket, Red Peppers, Onions, Spinach.. and Tomatoes

Gonna go for a beach Walk and try to make Shrimp with Zoodles and Pesto tonight!

Day 16:

Today was interesting as I had a lot of work to do at my desk all day long.

Usually I have a few hours of work and I get to work out, go hang with the kids, market shop, etc.. 

I was really busy so I think I may have a stress craving. I was also very tired because our fire alarm went off at 5:30am (Battery low)

and kids woke up too. So I didn't feel the "TIGER BLOOD" everyone's saying.

B: Eggs and Potatoes, with Watermelon

L: Chicken Chowder Leftover

D: Cracklin Chicken with Salad (Pesto Mayo) and Green Beans - La Croix

Gonna try to sleep early hopefully I have more energy tomorrow!

Day 17:

Lots of work today.. didn't get to work out which makes me feel blah. I don't know why these past 2 days have been much harder for me, and more cravings.

Weird. 

B: 2 Egg Frittata & Potatoes and Tessemaes.. and mango

L: 1/2 tuna can with Pesto Mayo some carrots  - grapes

Cashews

D: Ground Beef, Marinara with Spaghetti Squash.

Man Day 22: I haven't logged in a while.. Labor Day weekend was super busy, but I stayed on plan and had compliant food!

Today was

B: Eggs with prosciutto and some potatoes. 

L: Chicken salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lemon 

D: Hamburger with Lettuce and grilled onions.. tessemaes ketchup and compliant mayo

Looks great...just a heads up that most fish sauce (at least Thai-produced ones) have added sugar.

B: Applegate chkn sausage with Egg and spinach. 

L: Tuna Salad with Pesto Mayo dressing

D: Chicken Salsa Verde over Cauli-rice! 

 

Day 24: 

PW: 1/2 banana with almond milk

B: Leftover Beef with eggs and spinach

L: Leftover Chicken with Cauli-Rice

D; might be Salmon with green beans.. don't know yet. 

 

Feeling good day 24! Woo woo

Day 25: 

B: Potato Frittata with Sausage

L: Salmon Salad with HB Egg, Carrots, Tom, Cucumbers - PEsto Mayo and Apple cider vinegar dressing.

D: Roasted Chicken with Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Butternut Squash and Onion

Day 26! Can't believe 4 more days.. in shock!

Spin Class this morning on empty

B: 2 Eggs fried over Root veggies (Leftover) little bit of Chicken. 

L: Apple Chicken Sausage over Root veggies - Chicken drumstick

D: Don't know yet.. Shrimp and Cauliflower? 

When do you weight in? Day 30 or Day 31? I'm thinking 31 right?

so hard to log over the weekends, but I'm eating so clean that I remember all my meals. So weird. 

 

Day 27 - Saturday

B: Leftover Potato and sausage frittata! 

L: Salsa Verde Chicken with spinach

D: Skirt Steak with zuccinni and salad. 

 

Day 28: SUNDAY FOOTBALL SEASON!! Made some chili for lunch the whole family devoured it! 

B: Sausage with eggs and spinach

L: Chili with Butternut Squash, Roasted Potato and Guacamole! SO DAMN GOOD! 

D: Skirt Steak leftover with Zuccinni and Salad. 

 

Can't believe I'm on Day 29!! 

B: Apple Sausage, scrambled eggs and Avocado.

L: mini Crab rolls with Coconut Aminos! 

D: Gonna try to make Thai Chicken Soup!

DAY 30!!

Banana before dance workout & spilled my black coffee allover my living room rug! So fun.. 

B: Scrambled Eggs, Apple Chicken Sausage, Spinach and Avocado

L: Prosciutto and apple

D: Shepherds Pie! Sweet Potato on top! So yummy! 

I can't believe it's day 30 I don't know what I'm gonna re-introduce tomorrow.  So far I have Ahi Poke planned with just salad.. 

so the sauces are soy sauce. I think just that for tomorrow. I can't decide. I still want to plan a healthy lunch and Dinner.

I FINISHED THE WHOLE 30!

Lost 10 lbs. Feel great.. gonna go get my body fat and measurements taken in a few hours, so I'll have more stats to give! 

Really want to just keep going.. so far today I've eaten all compliant meals and will make chicken chowder for dinner. 

I feel sort of frozen in what to even re-introduce. I think I'm gonna start with dairy and have a latte hear in a few minutes but I really am so scared.

I don't have to so why do it?

LOL!
