I messed up!

I made it through the 30 days, then it was my birthday weekend...what can I say? I "reintroduced" alcohol, sugar, and gluten all in one night.  I've been beating myself up about this ever since. Can I get back on track doing a Whole 14 or less? I just don't think I have it in me to do another Whole 30, but if it's necessary, I'll give it a try. Anyway, regardless, I'm back on plan today.

Oddly enough, my major symptom is a sore throat. And a bloated stomach. Ah well.
