Breakfast: sweet potato hash, bacon, sautéed summer squash

Lunch: pulled pork, sautéed kale, roasted parsnips/carrots

Dinner: meatballs, spaghetti squash, roasted beets/carrots, spinach

Snack: small amount of pecans/toasted coconut, an apple
