It's time to do this thing! I'm starting out on Sunday, Oct 14th, and I'm going to track food/sleep/water but not exercise this time around. I don't even really care about the weight loss, I'm so desperate to kick this addiction/anxiety cycle that has me drinking sugary lattes in the morning and eating pints of ice cream at night.

I got the book, I get a weekly farm box for another four week so I've got plenty of great veggies, and it just started raining in Portland so I'll be spending more time at home on my days off and hopefully be less tempted. I'm a pescetarian so I'll go on over to the vegetarian part of the forum and we'll just see how it goes.

Anxiety: be gone!
