Rockinred Posted November 5, 2016 Author Share Posted November 5, 2016 Day 22 Meal 1: RX bar-coconut chocolate Meal 2: Epic beef bar, 1/2 Avocado, lots of green olives and celery Meal 3: 1 can tuna with chipotle lime mayo and black olives. Carrots, celery and peppers. Closed big handful macadamia nuts and some dried pears. Apple with 1 raw walnut butter pack and 1 raw pecan butter pack. And a RXbar-chocolate sea salt. --over ate and could keep eating but I'm stopping. I need a real meal but doing what I can on my road trip.
