Day 16:

meal 1: Egg casserole(broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, spinach, eggs all cooked in duck fat)

meal 2:   leftover chicken(wasn't much) and leftover halibut with sautéed onions(mixed in some mayo)

meal 3: Chipotle chicken(extra chicken) salad bowl. Fajita veggie, mild and med salsa, guac, lettuce 

Tea

no movement/activity

Day 18

meal 1: egg casserole with avocado and a little mayo

meal 2: egg casserole, avocado and a little mayo

meal 3: bison burgers(3 small), chopped fresh Swiss chard, sautéed veggies(broccoli, onion, cauliflower, celery) in coconut oil, avocado, mayo

Day 22

 
Meal 1: RX bar-coconut chocolate
 
Meal 2: Epic beef bar, 1/2 Avocado, lots of green olives and celery
 
Meal 3: 1 can tuna with chipotle lime mayo and black olives.  Carrots, celery and peppers.  Closed big handful macadamia nuts and some dried pears.  Apple with 1 raw walnut butter pack and 1 raw pecan butter pack.  And  a RXbar-chocolate sea salt.
--over ate and could keep eating but I'm stopping.  I need a real meal but doing what I can on my road trip.
