ThatRobert
I finished my 30 days on Whole 30 and am in the process of reintroducing food. Even though Tapioca Flour is officially allowed during the first 30 days, I hadn't tried it until last night, using it as a coating for pan-fried chicken. I reacted to tapioca flour the same way I react to gluten. Researching this, it looks like Tapioca "flour" is really just Tapioca Starch and is a heavily processed and bleached food. That really doesn't fit with the idea of Whole 30. Cassava flour is a whole flour from the same plant and is not bleached. That should be OK.
