psanfo Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 Hi, I recently completed my first Whole30 and it's been an amazing experience. I'm doing a slow roll reintroduction now. I loved the days I experienced 'Tiger Blood.' In fact, one of my reasons for trying Whole30 was to get more energy. But, unfortunately, I'm no longer energetic. Is this common? So far I've reintroduced legumes. I wonder if I need to eat more. I'm not hungry between meals and my cravings are gone and that's great. But I don't like feeling lethargic. Thank you.
