Sustained consistent energy throughout the day Self confidence, self esteem, empowerment Keeping my word to myself Exercise ability to stay focused with distractions all around Reconnect with hunger and satiety signals, break mindless eating behaviors Journal feelings associated with desire to mindlessly eat Find perfect balance of macros for my body Try new healthy recipes, develop some new "go tos."
