Day 17- M1- breakfast casserole (egg, potato w ghee, onion, brussel sprouts, chicken sausage), 1/2 an avocado, cold brew with Nutpods M2- braised cabbage with bacon & onion and chicken meatballs topped with marinara, clementine, small handful macadamia nuts Snack- hard boiled egg with mayo, pineapple M3- Pulled pork, sweet potato w coconut oil, brussel sprouts w olive oil Day 18- Pre/Post WO- 1/2 hardboiled egg with mayo/pulled pork & sweet potato M1- breakfast casserole (egg, potato w ghee, onion, brussel sprouts, chicken sausage), cold brew with Nutpods Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought I'd just re-heat leftovers for myself after the meeting but when the menu went around I noticed a protein salad- grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, avocado, baby greens, quinoa, and oil/vinegar dressing, I thought I'd just ask for no quinoa but decided to call the restaurant to ask how the grilled chicken was prepared. Italian place so luckily with olive oil but usually seasoned with sugar! So I made one more modification to ask for unseasoned chicken and it all worked out! Pre-WO- 1/2 hard boiled egg with mayo Post-WO- pulled pork, sweet potato M1- breakfast casserole (egg, potato w ghee, onion, brussel sprouts, chicken sausage), cold brew w nutpods M2- Baby greens with grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, avocado, oil & vinegar Snack- pulled pork, pineapple M3- homemade chicken meatballs topped w homemade marinara, tomatoes and olives with oil & vinegar. Especially the sauce, as you'll see Day 21 featured it in every meal Day 21- M1- Fried egg/yukon potatoes/pulled pork pan fried in ghee, cherry chipotle sauce, espresso w coconut cream & nutpods M2- Pulled pork w cherry chipotle sauce, green beans w olive oil, tomatoes/artichoke hearts w olive oil & vinegar Snack- Hard boiled egg + clementine M3- Cherry chipotle chicken thighs, green beans w olive oil, sweet potato with coconut oil Day 22- M1- Sweet potato/chicken sausage/onion/fried egg all in coconut oil, cold brew with nutpods M2- same as Day 21 Meal 3, plus some pineapple Snack- macadami nuts, clementine - forgot my hard boiled eggs at home so I had to improvise at work! Getting close! Day 26- M1- 3 fried eggs in avocado oil, brussel sprouts roasted w olive oil, mug of bone broth, cold brew M2- Shepard's Pie, green beans w olive oil Snack- hard boiled egg w mayo M3- 2 chicken legs, cauliflower rice cooked in avocado oil w onions and peppers, lettuce & tomato with olive oil & vinegar Day 27- M1- 1 fried egg and sweet potato w coconut oil, grass fed hot dog and onions sauteed in beef tallow M2- 1 chicken leg, sweet potato w coconut oil, brussel sprouts roasted w olive oil Snack- Chompers grass fed beef stick M3- Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion w olive oil & vinegar, 6 oz filet seasoned but cooked without butter, steamed lobster tail, plain baked potato Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Day 30- M1- 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, yukon hash browns w onions cooked in ghee, cold brew w nutpods M2- Grass fed beef meatballs w homemade marinara, green beans w olive oil, small handful macadamia nuts Snack- Hard boiled egg dipped in mayo, clementine M3- 2 grass fed hot dogs, sauerkraut, dollop of mayo, brussel sprouts w olive oil, tomato/artichoke hearts with Tessamae's creamy Caesar Whole30 results & stats- 10.4 lbs lost 13 inches lost from bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves 3 meals out 0 compliant "bars" eaten 5 oz macadamia nuts eaten 1 serving of dried fruit eaten 1 serving nut butter eaten Things to improve on- Drinking more water Eating within 1 hour of waking I'll make a log on reintroduction on the Post-whole30 board.
