It makes things so much easier to have your significant other be supportive and eating the same things. I started meal prepping last night and made the egg frittata last night to be able to just heat it up and eat it this morning. It was awesome. I shopped this morning for our meals for the week. So much easier to plan and be ready when things get busy again this week. I'm thrilled to be a part of this incredible community. I look forward being a part of this forum. Thanks everyone!
