mdsjohnson Posted January 3, 2017 Share Posted January 3, 2017 This is it! I started whole 30 in June after I retired and loved the first 2 and half weeks. Then I started traveling nonstop and watched the commitment slide away... I now have a better grip on what my "new life" looks like and am through with all of the excuses not to start w30! Just getting home from the holidays, food prep and planning tomorrow, and Day 1 is January 4. I remember how quickly my body responded in June. I'm old enough to know about the impact of bad habits and emotional eating! Glad to be on board with others who might be in this same situation!
