meggerz89
Hey everyone! This has been a long time coming for me. I read the Whole30 book back in Oct and have been sticking to plan 80% or so of the time but waited to fully commit until after the holidays. I have been a healthy eater and exerciser most of my adult life, however my definition of healthy was way off. Thanks to this book, I now know what the problem was and why I was suffering from chronic fatigue even though I ate so "healthy". My energy was definitely running off of sugar; carbs, treats, snacks, sugar. I am so thankful to have found this book and gained the information to have energy and mood stabilize. Wishing everyone the will power to follow through and I can't wait to see my end results. One question I have, is the cook book worth the money or are the recipes in the Whole30 book enough? Thanks! MeciaJNev
Hi, I just started the program today. I'm also a mother of 2 (7yo and 5yo) and I always feel tired and exhausted. I'm excited for this program. Best Wishes! Mecia
