ginalandscape Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 This is my first Whole30. Seems the kinds of things that people notice are happening - started the headachey-ness yesterday. Feeling better today and not at all discouraged. I am enjoying the food and the cooking. I've never had such a full fridge! Glad to embrace fats since I've been fatophobic for as long as I've been conventionally dieting (Weight Watchers mostly). And it is fantastic to not be counting calories. So far, the toughest thing is not snacking and the limits on fruit. Have been pretty good with it, though. Pre-Whole30, not having fruit in the house sent me into a panic even greater than no alcohol during a blizzard!
