CateL Posted January 18, 2017 Share Posted January 18, 2017 I'm on Day 6 and I Just wanted to share that I felt bingey this afternoon but I managed to ignore the craving. Made myself a hot tea and ran a bath. My urges are a lot less than pre-program so i hope they reduce more. Maybe other people want to share their successes? LizzyX4 Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Mine is going great! I thought I was on day 25, but according to my calendar on the fridge it is day 26. I'm not really eager to introduce the foods back in, so I may make this a Whole45 or longer. I went to the dr the other day for an appointment and he weighed me as part of the normal procedure, and if nothing has changed, I'm apparently down 9 pounds. I don't feel smaller yet lol. But I am also seeing a really REALLY huge difference in how I see food and not having the urge to binge.
