Day 1 Complete: Scrambled eggs, spinach and fruit for breakfast, baked sweet potato with BBQ pork for lunch, Roasted spaghetti squash with ground beef and homemade tomato sauce for dinner.  Feeling good, meal prep done for tomorrow.  Made mayo, cashew butter and dressing today too.  Here's to a good start!
