Starting on January 23rd

  I'm starting my Whole30 journey tomorrow. A coworker has been on the plan for a week or so and told me about it on Friday. I read the book over the weekend and stocked up on provisions for the next week. Primary purpose for doing the plan is to perform a 'reboot' of sorts.  I am/was 'pre-diabetic' .. on the border, so to speak, and am looking forward to A1C levels reaching a more 'normal' range. Also, can probably stand to lose a few lbs.  Not really overweight .. but not 'ideal' either. 

I wish you all luck on your journeys as well.
