Annabee03 Posted January 29, 2017 Share Posted January 29, 2017 Wait 2 days to reintroduce a new food? I tested non-gluten grains, specifically rice, yesterday. I had it with all 3 meals. Felt fine and even had a bit more energy. I feel fine today too. My question is, can I try another food group tomorrow or should I wait for Tuesday? Guest Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 I am interested in this too as I have a clear "nope" from one food group and would like to carry on trying others, but I think the 2 days in between is to help bring your body back to its "reset" state, and 2 unknown food groups together (e.g. rice plus peanuts) could be enough to send your body over threshold Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
