Michael Stone Posted February 2, 2017 Share Posted February 2, 2017 Good morning, Day 3 is in the books and I am continuing to keep my focus on what is best for me. I made grass fed hamburgers with zucchini and baked Yukon Gold potatoes/Sweet Potato slices. It tasted soo good and I finally paid more attention to my being full. I continue to read while I eat so I don't eat so fast and it is beginning to work. This slow train is starting to take on a little momentum and I continue to pray for guidance and help with these changes. I hope you all have a great day.
