SarahSchroeder
Hi Everyone! I am starting my first Whole30 March 1. I am excited & nervous at the same time! I have been wanting to do the program for about a year and I finally decided to just go for it & get it done. I am nursing my 2 month old baby, so I'm curious to see the impact it has on my baby as well I am most nervous about meal planning, meal prepping in advance & saying no to non-compliant food still in the house (I can't convince my hubby or children to toss out their favorite junk foods yet....but they have agreed to keep no ice cream in the freezer during my Whole30). Things I am most looking forward to overcome include being overweight, erratic blood sugar, regular headaches, indigestion/stomach pain, constipation, fatigue & brain fog (though having a new baby I may not be able to get rid of that completely!!) & mostly to improve my emotional relationship with food. I look forward to finding support here in this community! Sarah
wyomingworried
i'll just be a couple of days ahead of you (2/27 start).... it's my first time, too. just found it today - my sister suggested it - so i don't have the recipe book or anything yet. mostly hoping to get a grip on my junk-food cravings and related low-energy/tight clothes....
