Super crabby, craving alcohol and sugar like nobodies business, but so happy I made the decision. BendySimcha Posted March 5, 2017 Share Posted March 5, 2017 Hey, JWahl, my husband and I started March 1 too. SO far, so good. End of Day4, but only on day 3 of the Daily30 emails. Already, my husband, Gary, a grain addict, is feeling clearer minded. Also we are both sleeping better. And we have only "cranked out" at each other once a day....
