Looking for some accountability... my first whole 30 was in January 2016 and went really well, ever since than I've been eating whole30ish and just learning about myself, my habits, and growing mentally. My goal for this round is to cut the sugar cravings, balance my hormones, continue working on treating IBS and lose weight once and for all... just honesty be in control this time around because I let bad habits slip in.
