My start date was April 14!

For Day 1 I ate:

B: homemade pork sausage, spinach, mushroom scramble

L: leftovers of breakfast, plus a couple of strawberries and half a banana 

D: Grilled chicken thighs, broccoli with Tessemae Ranch (yum!), and baked sweet potato w/ coconut oil and seasonings

Snack (since we ate dinner so early!): a snack sized leftover dinner. 

 

I want to incorporate exercise into my Whole30, and I'm mostly doing BodyRock workouts right now. Yesterday I did one that was focused on upper body strength training. 

I had a headache almost the whole day. I don't know if it was a detox thing or seasonal allergies. The headache turned into a migraine by the end of the day despite drinking plenty of water. I'm hoping that will pass soon!

Day 2 done!

B: pork chop with coconut creamed spinach

PostWO: can of tuna and can of pears in their own juice (didn't drink the juice)

L: Burger with multi-veggie salad and Tessemae dressing and a small amount of leftover sweet potato

D: Chicken with tomato-herb-mushroom sauce, skillet potatoes, and broccoli

 

I went on a 2 hour bike ride in some vicious wind today, then followed it up with a couple of hours of gardening. I bonked big time the last two miles of my ride, and I suspect it has to do with quitting sugar more than anything. My headache is still around, but not as severe today. Hanging in there!
