I just noticed this section of the forum. Think it will be help to keep a log so here we go...

This is my first whole30. Doing this program as a reset. Have developed some bad eating habits over the past few months and my body is starting to reflect it... Have never in my life been this heavy, out of shape, or uncomfortable with my body.

Today is Day 2.
