I tried to "eat healthy" once before, when I was 26, but I pretty much failed miserably. I went from 161 lbs to 200 lbs (I'm now 31). I have to say that I am shocked and happily surprised that I have, with very little willpower effort, stuck to this plan for a whole week! Actually, I'm loving it! I do miss stuff like cheese, chocolate, and beer, but they're floating around in my light at the end of the tunnel. My biggest NSV so far is that for the first time in years, I AM NOT BLOATED. No gas pains, no bad full feeling. I feel lighter. My stomach looks a lot more flat. Yay me!!! I can't wait to see what else I achieve. Thank you, Whole30.
