E-man Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 I started on 1 May, and found this blog today. I kinda started the day prior because my meals were compliant, but I only ate two meals. So far, the first two days were easy. Only inconvenient thing is changing my routine. I am almost done reading 'It Starts With Food'. Next on the list is 'Whole 30', but I think I have enough info to start now. Looking for some relief from osteoarthritis. It gets really bad this time of year when my seasonal allergies kick in.
