Me too! Insulin resistance has been an issue for me for a long time. I was so good at eating low-glycemic for years but in the last two years I started sneaking a few things in, which became habits, which became a new normal for me. This has already reduced some of my symptoms and my body "remembers" that eating this way is so much better for me!
