Mshabanero Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 Can't believe it, a whole week with no sugar! I decided to just give up coffee too since I like mine sweet & creamy! The first 5 days I didn't sleep really, but it's gotten better. I was going through bad withdrawals. My body just ached & was very restless and those cravings. 'Real' Food is tasting great.
