Hello everybody, just finishing Day 6.  I've been "mostly" following the Whole30 guidelines for several weeks, so perhaps it has made the transition a bit less dramatic.  Surprisingly (to me), the hardest thing going from "mostly" to "all" has been diet soda.  I didn't think it was that important to me, but I have found myself thinking about it a lot.  Not even close to giving in though.  Best wishes to all...
