VAnewbie Posted June 20, 2017 Share Posted June 20, 2017 Hi all, After several unsuccessful, false starts I am starting again. I started yesterday and had a great day 1. Today is day 2 today and ready for it. Fully committed. In the past, I have completed two full rounds and love the way I feel after about a week on W30. Im chasing that wonderful, committed, healthy feeling. This time around I am fighting the sugar dragon fiercely. It shows up in the form of bread, carbs, crap food. I know its not good for me but I get lazy and end up unprepared so thats where I turn. Doing this to stop the out of control eating, sleep better, lose weight, and be a better example for my kids.
