spicy butternut squash

1 butternut squash, 1/2 inch cube

1 sweet onion chopped

1 tsp chipotle powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.  Add butternut squash.  Cook 5 minutes.  Add onion and cook another 5 minutes.  Add spices and chicken broth.  Turn heat down to low.  Cover and simmer 15 minutes, until butternut is soft.  Spicy and delicious side dish!
