Bab1990 Posted July 30, 2017 Share Posted July 30, 2017 I'm almost finished and around day 25, I started having loose bowel movements every morning. It's day 29 and this is still happening. It's not repeated throughout the day, just the morning. I take a multivitamin and a probiotic daily. Prior to Whole 30, I dealt with a lot of constipation and so I'm wondering if my gut is finally starting to heal and I should continue or what? My diet has varied throughout the month but I have eggs, veggies, one raw fruit every morning. I have avocado with nearly every lunch and I cook dinner in ghee and olive oil. Dinner is usually seeveral veggies, one piece of fruit and a serving of meat. I drink about 96 oz. of water everyday. No coffee. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
