Starting August 1st

I have attempted at least 3x and get about halfway and quit. 

There are a number of factors as to why I am doing it again. 

One being Post Consusion Syndrome from slipping on ice in December. Symptoms come and go, but I have to wonder how much my diet plays a part in the stalling of my recovery. 

Also, we sold the house we raised our children in and move the end of August. I don't want to turn to food to deal with the emotions that have already started. 

Lastly, we are about to become empty nesters. 

Lots going on and while this may be a set up for failure I am planning on it being the perfect time for some serious life changes. My eating habits being one of them.
