Sooooo...  this is like my 3rd Whole 30 I'm starting.  I am great starting off with a bang, even finishing...  but slip back into old habits to easily.  This time I'm reaching out to a different audience (this forum) for more support.  I also belong to a great cross fit box that I have not been taking advantage of.  My goal is to kick into September with a healthy new me!  I have such a wonderful life and family I want to feel better to enjoy them fully and with presence.  So good luck to everyone out there who like me are trying to improve their health and general well being!  We got this!!!!
