Hi everybody! 

I am completely new to the whole30 world. My friend mentioned it to me the other night while we were hanging out and she's a great recruiter ;). Anyway, we all plan to start on October 1st but, I am pre-planning some ideas for meals. I have a few ideas for smoothies, since I like to make those ahead for mornings that I don't feel like eating. 


I'm excited to try this out. I do have quite a bit of weight to lose but, more importantly I have some back issues and I have been trying to incorporate an anti-inflammatory diet to see if that would help my joints feel better. I love eating healthy, yummy whole food as it is. I look forward to getting to know the community here and see where my next adventure takes me!
