VanessaA Posted September 27, 2017 Share Posted September 27, 2017 I've been hearing about Whole30 for a while and finally decided to buy the book. I'm reading it now and plan to start on October 1. The biggest challenge for me will be no sugar and no diet sodas! I have been psyching myself up for this big challenge for several days and have discussed it with my friends. Two of my friends are going to do it with me! I want to "get clean" and get the junk out of my system and see how I feel after 30 days. Good luck to all who are starting on Oct. 1!
