Donna Martin Posted May 21, 2012 Share Posted May 21, 2012 Hi, I am Donna from Sydney Australia, I came across Whole30 having started paleo late last year, so I am finding the #Whole30 challenge quite easy because I have done this before, eliminated diary, grains etc. You JUST know you are going to do great things when you get that determined feeling in your gut, well that is what I had last Thursday when I commenced Day One and haven't looked back. Preparation is key!! Am pre cooking foods to take to my partners house so I don't get tempted by any foods that I shouldn't be eating. I am shopping in advance and being super organised.
