Achristo Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 Hi - I actually started my first Whole30 on September 28 and am loving it so far. I have embraced the cooking and am trying lots of new things. Following a TT for thyroid cancer, I've been struggling with the symptoms of hypothyroidism and am looking for ways to help the synthetic hormone get me back to a better balance. I'm not going to lie weight loss would be a fantastic victory but I'm also happy to say that I'm tracking some very positive NSVs (better fitting clothes and lower blood pressure!). The communities I've found online have been great but as I look to reintroduction and the next phase in a week I'm hoping to gain even more knowledge and support for keeping up this healthy lifestyle.
