Woot I did it

I just finished my Whole30, I started at 230lbs. and am down to 206lbs. now. I am 6'1" and feel this is a good weight for me now and have started working out. I plan to spend 5 days on and 2 days off the Whole30 from here on out until I meet my endurance and strength levels. I feel much more spry and have been sleeping a lot better as of late. I have decided to keep legumes out of my diet as I noticed they don't agree with me but other than that I have added the rest of the food items I enjoy back into my diet. I hope that the 5 days on 2 days off will keep me on the road towards even better health in the future.
