Whole 30 Newbie

Starting my first Whole 30 today. I'm a student a full-time worker and have had horrible eating habits this semester. It's definitely shown in my weight and my already struggling skin. I'm excited to see what is going to come of this. However, I'm nervous because while my family and boyfriend are supportive, they're not doing it with me. Also, the holidays are coming up, but I'm confident that if I make it to Thanksgiving, I can treat it just like any other day. On top of all my fears, my dogs got out of the yard on my DAY ONE! Hopefully this is just going to test my resilience because I was SO close to throwing in the towel just because of the dogs. 

Encouraging words and any advice with not reverting back to your old ways in times of stress would be so appreciated right now!
